My view of the services provided by the management at Sunset Ridge have been exceptional. They respond to my calls for repair work within a relatively short period of time despite the fact that have voluminous work to do.They offer the necessary apology if there is going to be a disruption in services way ahead of time and tells us when to expect the services back. They relay these information to us by delivering a personal note and through verbal message.When they come in to do any repairs, they explain the reason of their coming,the problem, the solution and how long it would take them They are courteous and discharge they duties with marked efficiency, excellence and promptitude. Moreover, the compound is always neat and the grass constantly cut. The parking lot has well been demarcated and there is enough space for residents as well as visitorsThe designated area for the dogs to play is always kept clean and the children playground offers a lot for the children to enjoy and have fun. During the summer time they offer cookouts for us to enjoy the Broncos games The swimming pool also offers another opportunity for the children to have fun and and show their swimming skills. Best of all, a spot has been provided for families to have cookouts and feel at home: because this is home This is where families meet each other and enjoy themselvesProximity and accessibility to the bus terminal makes it easier to catch a bus on time. Security service is also provided especially in the night and so that brings a safe sense of assurance of life and property I would readily recommend Sunset Ridge to friends and families who want to reside in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I really like leaving here we had some things going on while the management changed but I think we are back on track and they have now everything under control.
Come and check it out I've been here for 5 years already and I love it

This was shown to me as a "luxury apartment." The floor model was nice and I liked the location. Since I have moved in, however it is certainly not maintained as a luxury property. The dog park is disgusting, the trash is always all over the ground outside the dumpsters. My unit has a lot of issues that I can't get anyone to address. I am not happy with my choice and will be moving at the end of my lease.
