We had a car towed but found out manager never called them. Manager we have now is trying to fix the mess the last 3 managers wouldnt. I have lived here a year and nothing got done on my place until Louise took over. He is only one person with 100 apartments in bad need of repairs. These buildings are old and not maintained it will take some time to get to everyone. The people for the most part are quite and friendly. I would say the new places are up to date and I would say come see for yourself. I give it 5 stars better than most I have lived in.
Kudos for having a caring office manager. My daughter saw the manager helping maintenance on the property, and we wanted to make sure that he got recognized for his hard work.
The meadows at town center is a terrible place to live. Many of the residents trash the place, and constantly get the cops called out. The apartment complex has a deal with Wyatts towing, getting kick backs for towing their own residents cars. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I have also made 3 service requests while living here. It took at least a week to get them fixed each time. One of those times I was without a shower for a week. I have a lawyer and enough negligence documented to move to break my lease early and am strongly considering it.
The owners of this property and maintenance are very poor! We have put in several work orders and so have our neighbors and nothing has been done. I have children and were living in a mold invested apt with leaks carpet messed up etc. I recommend this to no one.
