Bell Flatirons is a pleasant community to live in. Convenient to shopping yet quiet and private with a great pools and recreation facilities. Responsive service for issues that might arise. They continue to improve the community.
I have been here a couple of years and I have had a positive experience here at Bell Flatiron properties. I love my location and view at my apartment. I have great experiences with the staff (Maintenance and Residential Services). I like the conveniences of being close to the mall and eateries. I like the structure of the community (being in a structure of 8 residences and not a hotel like structure).
I have been here for a month now and I love it. My husband and I have gone near to see other communities and this is by far the best in terms of appeareance and location. I love the amenities, the maintenance issues are solved immediately. I love the apartment, the view, all of it. The only thing I dont like much is to hear the steps from the 2nd floor, but perfection doesn't exist. I would definitely recommend living here!
