My boyfriend and I absolutely love it here. The amenities are always clean and in good condition, the hot tub fits up to 15 people, the pool is open year round, the gym is huge, the indoor basketball court has a schedule throughout the week that brings the community together to play different sports. The overall vibe of this place is very family friendly. We were worried we'd have to deal with too many college kids since it's so close to boulder, but that isn't the problem at all. We'll probably stick around for another lease or two. Highly recommended.

An overall very poor experience. No value placed to justify rental rates. Continuous issues with living unit as well as amenities. Staff very unprofessional, lacking knowledge and ability to properly manage community.

Always check for your apartment conditions before you sign lease. Don't sign lease if you ever see any problem with the apartment- they will take years to fix it. I showed flooded garage while leasing inspection and was promised to be taken care before I move-in. But now, it's now more than 2 months since I moved in but the problem is not yet fixed and I have to get in/out from the flooded garage.
What I am getting is the assurance, but problem is not fixed. In fact I was asked to move into another unit.

We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
