My boyfriend and I absolutely love it here. The amenities are always clean and in good condition, the hot tub fits up to 15 people, the pool is open year round, the gym is huge, the indoor basketball court has a schedule throughout the week that brings the community together to play different sports. The overall vibe of this place is very family friendly. We were worried we'd have to deal with too many college kids since it's so close to boulder, but that isn't the problem at all. We'll probably stick around for another lease or two. Highly recommended.
An overall very poor experience. No value placed to justify rental rates. Continuous issues with living unit as well as amenities. Staff very unprofessional, lacking knowledge and ability to properly manage community.
Always check for your apartment conditions before you sign lease. Don't sign lease if you ever see any problem with the apartment- they will take years to fix it. I showed flooded garage while leasing inspection and was promised to be taken care before I move-in. But now, it's now more than 2 months since I moved in but the problem is not yet fixed and I have to get in/out from the flooded garage.
What I am getting is the assurance, but problem is not fixed. In fact I was asked to move into another unit.
Worry free, no hassle living experience.
Very nice place to live

Located conveniently between Boulder and Denver, residents of Superior have every imaginable amenity within easy reach. Both cities offer an abundance of activities, shopping, cultural opportunities as well as national employers. Denver is home to a world class aquarium and one of the nation's most popular zoos. Sports fans will enjoy watching professional NFL, MLB and NBA teams play. The Denver area is also home to some of the State's largest Employers including The University of Colorado-Boulder, Lockheed Martin Space Systems, Colorado State University, Children's Hospital Colorado, Level 3 Communications Inc. and the Denver International Airport.Founded in 1896, Superior's economy was originally rooted in coal mining. In fact, the town was named for its superior quality of the mineral. Superior's great economy means a healthy tax base, enabling the city to properly maintain its grounds and fund city improvements. Employment opportunities are plentiful for those in the engineering and life sciences fields. Not only is unemployment low, but the sales tax is less than in most other places in Colorado. The air quality is (dare we say it) superior and the average temperature is a comfortable 74 degrees. An apartment in Superior makes it easy to take advantage of cultural centers in both Boulder and Denver. Boulder is less than a 10 minute drive from your new Superior apartment home, making it easy to stop by the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art where you'll be privy to the latest exhibitions. Head in the opposite direction and stop in at the Center for Performing Arts at Larimer Square in Denver. Home of the Denver Dance Company, you can catch all kinds of entertainment there including Broadway shows and plays. For those that dabble in theatre, there are acting classes held in the educational center. There's another reason why residents choose an apartment in Superior. A recent study from Nerdwallet e
