The apartments are very nice. Community center is phenomenal! But there is dog poop every where! The worst part is month to month charges, if you don't want to renew the lease. I paid $700 extra on month to month. I have not seen this any where, even not in California. By the way the bell flat irons company don't say anything on what are the month to month rent increase on the lease, so that they can exploit! I am not sure why there is no government control on what these companies can charge extra on month to month charges! To me $700 extra is outrageous and that too in a pandemic time!! I recommend everyone to ask for month to month charges being specified in the lease. Otherwise get ready for bitter shock at the move out!!!

The leasing agents will probably do a great job about telling you how wonderful it is to live here. In reality, when you do move in, you'll start to see the truth about Bell Flatirons. Take a walk around the community and look closely. The roads are not paved and show signs of damage from the winters, there's dog excrement riddled throughout the community, and water floods the streets from mismanaged sprinklers. Outside of the many other observable problems, the one you may not see right away is the constant difficulty dealing with the property management office. Katie, the GM has clearly lost her passion for her job. You can see it emanating to her other employees as they are often rude and angry about having to help you. I called for a service request for a clogged sink one time and was told, "Well, sink's don't just clog themselves!" This attitude comes from the top and rolls all the way down to you, the resident. Pray to your god that you don't have any major service requests while you live there. There's also no proactivity. If you do have a major request, be prepared to act as a project manager. Because if you don't call and beg to get things done, you'll be placed on the back burner. You have to make suggestions about follow up proactive actions to take to remediate why you need a service request in the first place. Do you have time for that? All in all this has been a terrible experience. Look around the internet and you'll see numerous bad reviews and 2/3 star ratings. There's a reason for this and if you chose to actually move in here I hope you have a lot of patience.

If you have a ton of money and a ton of patience youll love it here. Dont try to order any food because no one will be able to find your apartment the address system is so screwed up in the building are numbered wrong. They offer a lot of things but when its time to get them it falls through a lot and when you complain they make you feel like youre at fault. The amenities are decent but the people in the leasing office are just plain old mean. If you like to have cell phones dont count on any quality service here you will constantly see people walking along the parking lot with their phones in the air trying to get service. Youre luckier to get Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi isnt very good either because there are so many apartments with Wi-Fi thats yours will get lost in the mix. And I dont know if its Broomfield or Boulder or what but the people are not friendly. If youre a fan of staying to yourself and not saying hello to you neighbor and not even knowing the name of your neighbor this is the place for you. If youre secretive person and you dont want to talk to anybody then this place is for you. If you have a problem with the neighbors, too bad no one will care. It is not a good community to live in and I cannot wait to get out but Im locked in a lease.

The team also explained that unfortunately poor cell service is an issue in Superior as a whole, not just at Bell Flatirons. They encourage residents to reach out to their cell carrier to request a cell-boost that they can adhere to the window of their homes. Lastly, we encourage you to use resident events as an opportunity to meet your neighbors! The team explained that these events can often attract 100 to 300 people. For the most part, I've enjoyed Bell Flatirons. I like our apartment, the area, and the new finishes our apartment has. I wish they had been more clear about the partial "mountain view" this particular unit has; we were promise pictures, and we never received them. We also pay extra to barely see mountains--that's a little frustrating to me. It's also hard to get in touch with people when I have a question about the complex.
