Love living here, great location, great management, great amenities! Close to Denver and Boulder. Our management is working hard to make living here as easy as possible. Great maintenance crew. We���ve been here almost 5 years and we have no complains, and people whom do complain ... need to take deep breath in ( inhale) and long breath out (exhale) . We are lucky to live here.

Been here 6 years, besides the rent I pay is too high for what I have. Love the location, the amenities , the staff is the best as well as the maintenance crew. Feel like we are all family

Bell Flatirons is a lovely community, that is always well maintained. The Community Center, fitness center, and pools are very well maintained and a delight to use. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly.
