The property manager isnt doing a good job of screening tenants and is putting deadbeat tenants on the property.Tenant screening is an integral part of a property managers job.

The community is full of tenants who are filthy and have no shame. Beer bottles,trash everywhere and kids run wild through the night. Blame the property manager as well as the Maintenance

I would not live in these apartment homes due to grounds not being well maintained. A lot of weeds and picnic tables are broken. The playground is very nice and modern. The apartments seem to be fairly modern. Seems to be no management onsite. Easy access. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
