Our hot water heater has been out since 7/22 no one checked it until 7/24 (AFTER WE HAD TO CALL AND ASK IF ANYONE WAS GOING TO COME.
WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED ON 7/25.
Came home to nothing fixed. NO CALL, NO UPDATE so i made the call. Said they are waiting on some special hot water heater they have to order rather than getting one from home depot less than a mile down the road.
THERE HAS BEEN NO COMPASSION OR COMPENSATION FOR THE FACT WE HAVE TO TAKE A SHOWER, DO LAUNDRY, WASH DISHES WITH NO HOT WATER. JUST A TOO BAD SO SAD
BUT HEY THEY MADE SURE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE IN LINE WITH PARKER'S 30 DAY TIME PERIOD TO GET IT FIXED.
THEY REALLY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND THIS PLACE.

1.THE GATES ARE GENERALLY BROKEN AT LEAST 70% OF THE YEAR, WHICH IS JUST GREAT DURING PARKER DAYS (FESTIVAL RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET). GOOD LUCK FINDING PARKING DURING THEN. MULTIPLE TIMES IVE HAD TO PARK IN THE MOVIE THEATER PARKING LOT AND WALK ACROSS TO MY HOME.
2. DOG WASTE BINS ARE SPOTTY, IVE SEEN THOSE THINGS PILE OVER AND NOT BE THROWN OUT FOR A 2 WEEK PERIOD.
3. ONE TRASH BAG A DAY NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS. ANY BIGGER ITEMS OR BOXES YOU WILL NEED TO THROW AWAY AT A DIFFERENT FACILITY BY YOU, THAT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM.
Now listen, yes im fired up but im a pretty low key person and it takes a lot to upset me, and i mean a lot. All i was looking for was some compassion for your residents. but yeah go ahead and just keep taking our money, at least you get what you want from us.
Staff unresponsive, a lot of confusion on details. Decided against pursuing resident status due to office staff representatives.

When my wife and I were looking for a new apartment In Parker we looked at several before choosing Briargate. We made a mistake and we should have listened to the nice lady that told us to not move here because of the management. We laughed and said how bad could it be?, well I wish I listened.
Upon move in everything seemed okay, the apartment itself was nice and clean and we had a nice view. Within minutes we already had issues that werent fixed prior to move in. Our living room window was completely stuck and had to forcefully open and close it. I had maintenance fix it, well they didnt do a very good job because it never worked right after that. I love dogs and we have a nice lab, however I dont like dog owners who dont clean up after their pet. I stepped in many piles of dog poo and complained about the issue. I could write a novel about how poor the management is here. Granted its not the same people when I first moved in, this new management is far worse. One night while I was cooking some dinner (pizza in the oven) I opened the open door and booooom the oven door and glass shattered everywhere. I was not injured, otherwise this complex would have been sued. Although I did call emergency maintenance, they came out and only replaced the door not the oven. I have pictures if you want proof. They told us they would wet vac the kitchen for pieces of glass. They never did. My wife and I found pieces of glass when we were moving. Another issue was the painters. They re painted the whole complex, when they got to my building I was the only one not notified about the painters showing up. They showed up at 8am on my balcony while my wife and I were sleeping. I rushed over the the office they apologized and handed me 2 tickets to see some stupid comedy as a oops we messed up bribe.

Dirty, so filthy, was told the place would be cleaned before I moved in...... it wasnt, still pet evidence from previous tenants. I didnt know so many shades of white existed until I turned on lights and looked at the ceiling and walls, Ive counted 10. Wall plates are painted to match walls, mix matched appliances, doors and windows dont seal the outside air, carpet painted to match baseboards, in six months the gates have worked for about three weeks, will not give up access pass for clubhouse and will not reimburse additional charges for said clubhouse. Customer service is not a skill in possession of anyone Ive had to deal with in the office, cannot get a return call or email from parent company JRK Holdings.
Take your money elsewhere, I didnt get into everything that was broken Ive had to replace.
I wouldn't recommend this dump to my worst enemy. The staff here is absolutely the most unprofessional crew i've ever dealt with. They are rude to their tenants, they don't address the faulty parts of there complex.
