Parking is terrible. You get 1 pass per person on the lease, cant pay a fee to buy an extra one and they have like 10 visitor parking spaces scattered throughout the complex. Ive been towed my friends have also been towed and weve paid 200-300 every single time. Dont recommend.

The office is totally unprofessional and quite frankly Lazy. They put off work they can accomplish while taking care of their personal life during the time they are suppose to be taking care of this property. I wouldn't recommend living here, unless a new Management Company takes over.

The Regatta Apartments are amazing! The staff is always so helpful and are quick to help with anything you might need! Taine and Tracy are wonderful and always have smiles on their faces! They are definitely a cut above the rest! Packages are accepted through the package hub, and codes are emailed to you when they are delivered, maintenance is always quick to respond, the ammenties have been improved upon greatly since moving in, and our utilities are based on our usage! They never nickle and dime you, and always do their best to accommodate as much as they can! Your bill includes your rent, the utilities billed 30 days behind, and the only additional add-ons are for garages if you want it or for pet rent! We are so happy to call The Regatta our home and plan on renewing again!

I had a pretty substantial water leak at about 8pm. I phoned and the call was answered immediately. The maintenance person was at my apartment within 1/2 hour. He had the drain and everything cleaned out and up in about another 1/2 hour. He was GREAT!!

Poor management, poor security, police are constantly on premises. Our dogs have been sick off and on since living here. They spray the grass without notification, they start construction without notification. Construction is performed in an unsafe manner. Turnover rate is unbelievable. Costs are not upfront and change from month to month. Staff can be rude and unhelpful. When packages are delivered you never know where to receive them.
