I love the local neighborhood gathering spots. It's a fun place to meet up and enjoy time with friends.

I feel safe, I live in a higher tax paying area so the streets are clean and well lit. We have great grocery stores close by with high quality organic items. Neighbors are friendly.

I like being in a safe friendly neighborhood with people who hold the same values . Yards are kept neat and clean, no junk or junk cars, dogs on leashes, and no wild parties.

Good neighbors who are not intrusive but do care about their neighbors. We are near 3 grocery stores, 3 pharmacies, and several good restaurants even a Starbucks!
