What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Loveland

Friendly neighbors. People engage in conversation when walking by your property-saying hello. 2local restaurants within walking distance.

We are very close to restaurants, stores, banks. It is relatively safe compared to some other places.

Subdivision is rural with lots of wildlife . Although increasing light pollution , one can still stargaze at night.

We are near a mall and park so there is plenty to do. Only 5 minutes away from busy bar scene sonits not too far to uber and not too expensive. It is also in the middle of the city so about 15 minutes any direction to go to different areas of town

It looks like all the neighborhoods built since about 1999. Lots of resaurants. More bars are in the next city north. There is a sculpture park within walking distance.

I love living on the West side it is clean and overall feels safe. I love taking my kids for walk and to the park that is just up the street. I also love that I can walk to the grocery store that's less than a mile away.
