The quality of living here has been steadily declining while costs have gone up. Rent is no longer competitive for the area. Maintenance is great, but I shouldn't be on a first name basis with them. I've had to call maintenance more in the six months in a 'renovated' apartment than I did in six years in and old one. The renovation process cut corners. I've had floor panels coming up, LED lighting fail, apartment-wide power outages, constantly leaky fixtures, appliance failures (still waiting on some of the appliances promised when I signed this lease).

The construction has been constant for six to eight months now. Construction workers and their trailers take up tons of space in the parking lot. The noise and dust and disruptions are pretty constant. The hallways have been unfinished for three months. Any complaints about construction are either ignored by management or you are told 'we are sorry, we will contact the construction team project manager!' But nothing ever happens. I'm still waiting to be paid back for paint they splattered on my car. That was given month ago.

All in all, this was my last renewal I think. It is too expensive, not high quality as promised, and there are too many problems. The leasing office people are very nice though and regularly do community events. It would be easier to appreciate them if it didn't feel like they were trying to distract from the problems.

I have lived here for six years. That means Ive seen the entire maintenance team turnover twelve times, the Leasing company has changed, the name has changed, and the prices have gone from nearly competitive to laughably expensive. Renewal offers used to be below market to encourage current residents to renew, but now this is one of the most expensive places to live.

The staff is friendly and accommodating... when everything is going right. Maintenance is helpful. The problem is, I am on a first name basis with maintenance because they have had to fix SO many things SO many times. The renovated units unfortunately had to cut corners to meet deadlines. I have had floor panels coming up, power outages, LED lighting under cabinets fail, appliance failures, leaky faucets, and more. The appliances I was originally promised have yet to materialize after more than six months.

To make matters worse, there is constant construction noise and disruption. Whole areas of the building have been under construction for months. The hallways are embarrassing to bring guests through because they are torn up. Building crews take up spots in the full parking lot with trailers that never move. But worse than that is that the leasing office pretends to be powerless to stop it. Complaints about the building crew will just result in a oh, we are sorry, we cant do much about that... but Ill contact the project manager! But nothing ever comes of it.

Just read the other reviews and look at how often Fallon, the community manager ignores the actual complaints and apologizes for the behavior of other residents pets.

If you dont care about price and dont mind seeing maintenance all the time and love living in a construction zone, maybe Westview is for you.

Its like two month waiting fix the floor im still waiting and want of the associate men tell i have to turn my diswasher 2 a 3 time a week because my diswasher flood with water because its connec it with the sinki tell them i need a paper on writtim said that its like a 2week they tell me they going to send me a email and i still waiting.
