My unit is large, quiet, and beautiful! The staff is very friendly, and throw events like Broncos games and Wine/Cheese parties, so it's a good way to meet the neighbors. Covered parking included with my rent, and you can get Gigabit fiber speeds from Centurylink which is vital for folks who work at home.
