Great views and nice people in the leasing office. Neighbors pleasant and a quiet community. There's also recycling and a pool! Great place to live!
The office staff was very helpful and nice. The assistant manager was patient in helping us find the best option for us because our decision changed about which apartment we wanted at this complex.
I had a wonderful move in experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in great condition and it's a beautiful place to live. I really love being off of the main streets knowing my son can go out and play with out cars whizing by. The only downside to the community is the lack of parking spaces and car ports. It is a nice, quiet community.

Carmel Riverside has a great appearance of safety and community. However, functionally living here it does not hold its appearance. The front gate is often broken. The parking spaces are really tiny and often times you have to back out of the spot for a passenger to get into a car. The fridge looks nice as it compliments the other appliances appearance, but it often will freeze items. The location to the bike path and the river are convenient a beautiful. Management has changed from above average to average as a whole. Specifically no notifications of the pool or grill being closed down for the season in addition to lack of policies to review throughout the year. They have notified of routine maintenance obligations such as moving your car when they re-pave.
