Management is unorganized, incompetent and does not care about the well being of their tenants. Leasing office staff is turned over every couple months. They regularly make errors on account balances, payments, never return voicemails. Maintenance is a joke. They would rather do donuts on the grass when it snows that fix sewage back ups and keep the property maintained properly. They do not provide basic services that their tenants pay for such as hygienic common areas (hallways, laundry rooms, stairs, walkways, doors, etc) I have lived here for over 5 years. Moving out finally this fall to relocate to a new state since Colorado has become so populatedlandlords get away with outrageous rents, breaking laws, and treating their tenants like crap. This property is no exception. The amount of bs and stress the Conam company has caused me has affected my health with severe anxiety at this point. If you want anything done or fixed (even issues with your account balance when they mess up), you have to literally go into the leasing office in person, and then they treat you like an inconvenience. Trust the negative reviews. They arent lying. The pests, dog poop, no hot water, homeless people living in laundry areas, poorly built and maintained units, etc are real. Our unit has been maintained by myself and my husband over the years (w/ the exception of having our dishwasher replaced once) at our cost, time and work. Everything falls through the cracks at the leasing office and with all the issues we have had, we are going to have an attorney by our side when we do finally part ways. Because if they cant even renew a lease properly or charge rent properly its no wonder there are reviews on here stating they never returned deposits, or ruined peoples credit sending their accounts to collections for money they dont owe. I wouldnt trust this company with anything, cant wait to get out!

I lived on this property from December 2015 - January 2018. After two months of vacating the property, they reported that I hadn't given due notice and charged me $3,300. I had to learn about this from a collections agency yesterday. In the meantime, I had received no notice via phone, email or post of this. Further, I'mnowlearning that there was a form that needs to be filled in order to 'officially' provide a notice of vacancy. Again, this was not mentioned to me at the time. While attempting to resolve this issue, I am being harassed by a collections agency: they've called 5 times since yesterday afternoon.

Further, I'm being penalized for charges that were not on my original lease agreement. The former property manager did not charge me a deposit for transferring between units. She claimed this was a standard for those transferring within the community. If this is the case, a representative of this company was making underhanded deals at the cost of their tenants. She had made a fraudulent claim in order to retain business. At this time, I prepared to break the lease due to a list of previous concerns:

There was an air conditioning leak resulting mold. It took maintenance over a month to address this.
There are plumbing problems due to epoxy clogs present throughout the property. This caused me to go without a kitchen sink and shower for over a month. Again, the reason for this: maintenance did not respond in a timely manner.
My car was broken into on this property TWICE! My parking location was along one of the front roads in the property. I saw the lack of lighting as a major concern. Several of the lights in and around the covered parking structures were out. I asked, repeatedly, that maintenance resolve this issue.

Do not waste your time. Pictures are deceiving. I've had water leaking in the bathroom ceiling from the apartment above me and have water leaking in the bedroom from the window, which were reported. It took them 3 months to fix the leaky ceiling and nothing has been done about the leaky window. At times I couldn't take a shower in the mornings because of brown water leaking right over the shower head. Now the bathroom ceiling is leaking again with bubbles forming on the ceiling, reported again BUT no Maintenances person has come by. Office staff are very rude and unprofessional!
