I love living here First off the apts are so spacious amp he living rooms and bedrooms are so big. And everything is well kept and nice. At any time if need for anything maintenance is right there right away and fix it. Hey he grounds are so well kept. Never have I ever seen trash anywhere on grounds the landscape is always well kept and pretty in the spring and summer at all times and they are great in the winter in keeping the sidewalks ice and snow free and the drive ways plowed. That girls in the office are great and so are the maintenance guys. The whole Community is close net. I would not want to live anywhere else.

I am a current resident and I do not agree with 90% of the statements I've read. This is a beautiful, beautiful apartment I have it's a 3 bedroom town house and it's enormous I've only had two maintenance problems and they were in here the same day to repair it. And the ladies in the office will address any concern you have as long as you treat them respectfully unlike other who blow up on them. There are three maintenance men who never stop working Rich is one of the best people I've met here and he will do anything to help someone as long as you don't treat him horribly but even then he will still get the jobs done he's here before the sun is up and it's always the last one to go home he is very, very dedicated and beyond helpful. The community here is also very friendly and helpful and just like any neighborhood tell there are those tenants that are unhappy in there own life and try to matter other miserable but just kill then with kindness and they will pretty much give up on trying to cause you any problems. All in all I've been here for almost a year and would love to renew because we are that comfortable do love it here especially my daughter who enjoys the latest in the office cause they go out of their way to stop and say hi and good morning everyday before goes to school. They love taking time to stop and chat with the children here every morning. This isa very family and friendly place you will enjoy it!!

The washer and dryer in my building has been out of order for over a year now. The carpet by my kitchen has been pulling up I ask them to fix it and they glued it back down. That didn't fix it just came right back up. Julie the manager is rude and lies to all new residents.

This would have been somewhat of a perfect place but did have so flaws personally for us . It would have been a little nice to be able to really know what we were dealing with but do to income restrictions it didnt wrk for us. But somebody with a very fixed income I would recommend it.

Professionally and courteously managed by ComCap Asset Management, Inc. MAXIMUM INCOME AND STUDENT STATUS RESTRICTIONS APPLY - Minimum income is 2.5 times the monthly rent. Lease Terms


Lease terms: 6 or 12 months. Application fee of $29 required per adult. **Income and student status restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for specific details. Pet policy: Cats and small dogs up to 45 lbs total weight, restricted breeds, maximum two pets per unit. $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $150 pet deposit per pet, plus $25 per month pet rent per pet. Now accepting online rental payments.
