We just decided to extend our lease here at the Glen. My family and I love it here but we looked around to see what other options there were. Together, we decided that the Glen offers the most for your money and provides a beautiful home and community for us. A big part of the decision was the team up front. They are always there for us and they maintain such a beautiful complex for us. We are in the Aspen unit, which is perfect for us, but they have many other options too that we looked at again to be sure. It's perfect size for our family! There is a beautiful pool and social area for the summers, and a great gym and fire pit for the winter. We are surrounded by parks while very close to the highways. RRCC is super close for our son which is convenient. Just wanted to share our opinion and experience. Thanks

I just moved in and wanted to say what an awesome experience so far. The team in the office made everything so easy. The community is beautiful and it's so peaceful walking around. My apartment is great, I fell in love with the layout when I toured it. I work nearby and the location is perfect. I'm looking forward to meeting some other residents and taking advantage of the great amenities. The office team mentioned they're planning many improvements as they had just purchased the property. I'm excited to settle in and explore.

We havent had heat for over a week and temperatures outside are under 40. We called the emergency number and still no heat. Worst management I have ever had the joy of interacting with. Save yourself the hassle and never live here.

Hello Kristin,<BR>We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by your heating issue. We want to ensure that we take care of this and have been working actively to have this handled. We brought in a vendor to address the heating problem, but were unable to complete any repairs at that time because the cat in your unit did attack the vendor, forcing them to immediately leave your apartment. We called you right away to advise you of the issue and it was our understanding that you would return home to safely secure your cat. If for any reason we are unable to fix a heating unit, we always provide a portable heater. We would be more than happy to speak with you personally to discuss the status of the repair. Beware if you make commission no matter how much you won't get approved even if it's 4x the income. The staff don't know how to read emails so the application process is delayed and your time is quickly wasted. Would recommend paying a little more per month so ensure staff are readily available to help and are friendly.
