We've been living here for a couple months and can only say great things about this place! The complex is clean and quiet, the amenities are new and in working order, our actual apartment is gorgeous with stainless steel everything, gas firplace, and in-unit laundry. Plus, thanks to all the nicest staff taking care of us, I couldn't feel more at home! The maintenance team is amazing, even fixing issues with our locks so quickly the very next day! The place is incredibly pet friendly and even have little doggie bags on all open grassy areas to make sure the grounds look clean and stay that way. Worth the price for the area, and with so many great things nearby, you don't have to travel far for the basics like groceries or for fun like the mountains or downtown Denver. We feel so central and we couldn't be happier with where we live.
Clean buildings entering the apartments, immaculate grounds, pool area is cleaned daily looks beautiful. Staff are professional courteous, helpful and friendly. You see maintenance on the premises daily working hard for our community in the upkeep. Response time is very timely when needing their service. Kudos to Lisa Odle. I have lived here for three years and have had two incidents in which Lisa addressed immediately, problem taken care of. Always open to hear whatever needs to be addressed. She is a real asset.
A very smooth move-in experience. The office staff were helpful and quickly responded to any issues and questions. We have no complaints.
From my first visit to Bear Creek to the day i moved in, the staff was there every step of the way. I was moving from Tennessee and had little time to get thing done in. Both ladies in the office helped make this a nice move. Thank you both for your help. I wish I had people like you working for me...........................
Enjoy the location of our apartment, close to the office, enjoy staff from maintance to office staff.
