What Renters Like and Dislike About Kiowa

It is in a good location, there are many restaurants around, easily walkable, and is nearby green lake park

It's north of downtown so it's close to the city but it's not as busy. There's a lot of local business around my house, coffee shops, clothing stores etc. my favorite is rain city burgers Green lake, gas works, Kerry park, terry park, cowen park

I love being in walking distance of stores, restaurants and bars. I think the overarching sense of community in the neighborhood as a whole is uplifting. I enjoy going to the local park with my family, and out for meals and drinks with friends. My favorite local businesses are The Shambles and The Maple.
