Love living here! Pamela and Staff are fantastic! Pamela is our new Manger and she has been doing a great job at keeping up on all our needs. If something is not working or if we have any Ideas that we want implemented, she is right on it in a timely matter. Thank you to all the Gateway Staff always super friendly and professional.

Look for the reviews and take them seriously. Save yourself time, money, and lots of headaches by living anywhere else. The Gateway managers suck. The only thing they care about here is money. These are far from luxury apts.

The management at this place is extremely sub par. Non-willing to work with potential tenants and their attitude demonstrates this lack of interest in ones needs with a "matter of fact approach.
As a guarantor, I understand there may be a need for additional information and possibly financial scrutiny. However, we were simply trying to qualify for this apartment for my daughter during college and they demanded that we demonstrate we have over "$65,424" as the average daily balance of our savings account. Not sure how many folks actually have this amount of liquid cash in their savings account or checking account but if I did I would not be renting an apartment I would've bought the apartment myself.
Great place with nice apartments, but it's not all about the facilities. My concern is that once we agree to the lease how difficult would it be to get anything else done after the fact with this type of management staff (Melissa specifically). I would not recommend this complex to anybody. I would recommend you cross the freeway and go checkout Lake Vista Apts. they are very nice, professional, courteous and the process was super simple.
