I would never move here again, this company gives you the run around! We bought a house and had to break our lease. We received an email stating one price was owed and then the next day told it would be 50% more! So disappointing, I would not recommend anyone lives here. Aside from that there are wasps everywhere you look outside. A very negative experience for my family
I have nothing but rave reviews for The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch Apartments. I absolutely love living here and enjoy everything from the leasing office staff to the layout of my unit. Immediately walking into The Bluffs for the first time for an onsite tour I was greeted with professionalism, honesty, warmth. To this day, that continues. I cannot say enough about wonderful things about the staff here. Everyone is willing and able to help at any moments notice. And when you need something whether it me a maintenance request or you stop by the leasing office for a question or concern, you are assisted in the MOST timely manner. I have never waited on anything nor have I had to come back several times because someone forgot. They are ALWAYS on top of their A-Game. I adore my apartment and all the amenities. You truly get what you are paying for here. Everything is so elegant and sophisticated and being a young professional, I value that and value that I live somewhere that I am proud of. The Bluffs feels safe and I feel at home here. I never worry about too much of anything.
I just love living here.
I would recommend The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch, THE best apartment place to live in South Suburban Denver. I intend to stay as long as rents don't become unreasonable. The property has character, amenities and mature vegetation.
