What Renters Like and Dislike About Highlands Ranch

My neighborhood seems like a typical suburban area with good schools, a high demographic and friendly neighbors.

Kid friendly. Park, recreation center, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Because of the proximity of so many things people are always walking and biking in the neighborhood. When my grandchildren visit, they always have something to do.

Near the highways and trails make it convenient location. Downtown Littleton is a nice place to go in the evenings.

I love that there are sidewalks all around, we are walking distance to our school. For the most part house are nicely kept up. good location for commuting.

We have a very clean well kept neighborhood. We don't have many small businesses in our neighborhood and I wish we did

A few great breweries nearby The great library system has much more than books. The area is relatively quiet,
