All About

Living in Glendale, CO

The attractive city of Glendale offers apartment residents an eclectic mix of urban resources and rural charm, helping the burgeoning community stand out from the shadows of nearby Denver.

Glendale blends modern and historic; natural and man-made elements into an alluring neighborhood that's beloved by local apartment renters and long-time homeowners. A bevy of community resources allow apartment residents everything they need in terms of athletics, recreation and entertainment. For instance, the massive Infinity Park Event Center is home to eight separate state-of-the-art venues, each of which offers apartment residents with unique services and amenities. There's a ballroom, banquet hall and outdoor pitch, among other venues. In addition, the facility's latest development, Infinity Park South, is Glendale's largest public park and a great place for apartment enters to enjoy the outdoors.

The Glendale Sports Center also features a number of state-of-the-art fitness facilities and resources for apartment residents looking to stay in shape. They can use the center's high performance training center, attended group workout classes, play on the facility's athletic fields and courts, or simply make use of its free weights and cardio equipment. Additionally, apartment residents can find courses and programs for their young children, who could benefit from a number of available after-school activities.

While all of these modern amenities are certainly appealing enough on their own for anyone looking for a Glendale apartment to rent, the city's unique history - it's home to the Four Mile House, Metro Denver's oldest house - adds an additional layer of appeal.

Nothing unique. There are a few places with playgrounds for kids. We like to go to Volunteer Park on weekend.

I like the local business. I like the choice of different places. The are different restaurants which makes for good eating.

The history of the neighborhood. I love the artsy/counterculture styling that exists here. This is my home basically.

Beautiful homes in the neighborhoods, close to parks, inexpensive apartment living, close to work, close to stores
