    A good, but not great, place to live. I was a resident here for over two years. During that time I had no real problems other than minor maintenance issues, which were quickly and professionally handled each time. My only complaints are that there is inadequate parking due to shared residences having too many cars, and that they tend to nickle and dime you with additional charges. For example, pet rent after making a significant pet deposit, being charged for the fitness center each month even if you never use it and don't want access to it, splitting the water bill on a per building basis rather than on your individual consumption, etc. That said, the people living here are all tend to keep to themselves and the people working here were always very nice, professional, and pleasant. The unit itself was very clean and they upgraded a lot of small things inside in 2018 (new alarms, toilets, sinks, etc). Rent for these apartments is way overpriced, in my opinion. A two bedroom with all associated home-based bills (not just rent, but electricity, phone, etc) was $1,600 a month - give or take.
