I’ve been here for a year. It’s been an amazing experience. The staff here is amazing. The location is cool. Amenities are nice. But if I have to point someone on site here it’s Reid. When I first got here, he reached out to me, and of all the apt personnel’s , he was the coolest. I had a challenging rental history, but I was able to get my apt. It’s been the best apartment I have ever had. Spacey, clean and a great view of the mountains. Maintenance when needed is very fast with responses and actually fixes the problem not set it aside. I’m moving because of work, but again this exp has been fantastic.

After living in several complexes I can definitely say this one stands out from the rest. This is the first complex we’ve lived in where we’re able to actually use all of the amenities we’re paying for. The office staff is always extremely kind and helpful and maintenance always answers requests within a couple days.

I would highly recommend living at Terra Vida. I just moved here and couldn't be happier. The apartments are updated, clean and move in ready. The office staff, Jamie, Jessica and Reid are amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing. They both get back to you fast and get things done fast. This is a great place.

Jess and Jamie are great and on top of it we have only been in tje complex for a couple of weeks since we sold our house and they have been very helpful and accommodating in this whole process

Terra Vida is the best place to live in Fort Collins! The management team is awesome! They are empathic,friendly and fun! They truly care about people and their needs. This is my home!

Hi I'm Luna! 🐾 Terra Vida is the best place ever. I get to live here with my mom and her friend Anna and I get to meet and play with so many awesome people. The ladies in the leasing office give me treats EVERY SINGLE DAY at lunch and once, Miss Elizabeth even gave me a toy to take home! I love my long walks around here cause I get to meet other dogs and humans too. I love living at Terra Vida so much! (Mostly because of the treats, but everything else is pretty awesome too!) 🥰

My roommate, puppy, and I LOVE living at Terra Vida! In addition to great amenities, spacious rooms and living spaces, a nice, open kitchen, and lots of natural light, the staff is AMAZING and have made this place feel like so much more than an apartment complex. They make this place feel like home in a way I've never felt living in an apartment home. My sweet pup and I love our Terra Vida family!

I lived at Terra Vida Apartment for three years it was a great place very nice people in the community Elizabeth Hannah Jamie Rob and Dan Are a great team they will help you out in anyway five stars for me 🤠
