Amazing place, the complex is gorgeous and has great amenities. The theater is great and really easy to rent out. The leasing events are also really nice, they host a lot of community events which is really nice for getting to know your neighbors, and they've even started introducing plans to help people pay rent who are struggling through this whole pandemic. Great place to live.

Great place to live and enjoy with family and friends! The amenities are amazing and we really enjoy the 24hr. movie room and fitness center.

This apartment complex is BEAUTIFUL, but be aware that pricing is misrepresented and the community manager Candace Capitelli is non-responsive via email and phone. Prospective residents, I would caution against renting with this property based on their questionable practices during the application practices. On May 12th, I visited Bucking Horse Apartments, and based on the information they provided and their quote sheet, we submitted an application for an apartment, paying a nonrefundable $60 application fee ($30 per adult) and a refundable $99 security deposit. Our move in date was anticipated to be August 2019. On May 19th, following the approval of our application, I informed Bucking Horse Apartment's community manager that we would not be moving forward with the apartment. She told me that I would not receive my security deposit back because I hadn't canceled within 72 hours of applying. I emailed her asking for that documentation, because that caveat wasn't on the Quote Sheet, on the online application or terms & conditions, and we hadn't signed a lease. She did not respond to phone calls or emails. I've opened a disputes with BBB and with my credit card company as well. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE $99 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN THEIR NORMAL SECURITY DEPOSITS, so in all other instances prospective residences would have lost significantly more money.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful in the office. Maintenance is done when I need it. Glad that I am part of this new community
