What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Evans

Shoreline is a town that doesn't have much for shopping or dining. Too many old strip malls. I don't feel safe walking alone at night by myself

it is a quite neighborhood. It is very convenienience to the restaurants, gorocery, retails etc. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I enjoy walking to Starbucks - preferably not by myself. When the kids were in school, we were within walking distance. I have a variety of grocery stores to choose from.

i like that it's a quiet area with a lot of families. it's right by this lake, which is cool, but also a lot of big businesses are nearby so it's a convenient location.

It's cheaper then any other apartments in this area and school is walking distance, park close by. Also most of kids friends living really close by.

Good central location. Easy to access nearby stores and recreation. Mountains to the East, ocean to the west
