The staff here are amazing. They are very helpful and try to assist you in anyway that they can. They maintenance team is outstanding and are always will to assist you with any issues you have in your home! I would recommend The Marks to everyone!
This place has been one of the best places we've stayed in. We just won't be able to comfortably afford another nearly $200 increase in rent. Makes me sad.
I am very satisfied with the Marks Apartment Homes. They are very clean and the Office Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had very positive experiences with maintenance. I have lived here since March and have found nothing bad about this complex. The parking can be challenging but not any worse than any other place I have lived. There is plenty of parking but People don't seem to know how to park in between the lines.
The Marks has been a great place to live while in law school.
"The Marks is near all the places I need to shop, the apartments are great with every bedroom a master bedroom with private bath! We have our favorite maintenance guy who fixes everything correctly and right away. Plus I love all the extras such as the pools and hot tubs, the workout room and especially the community room where I can gather with friends. Top it off with it being a place that is friendly towards people with disabilities and I have found a home for a long time. "
