What Renters Like and Dislike About Englewood

One thing was that it's easy access to many places, for example, down town, highways and light rail.

This neighborhood has beautiful trees, hills, mountains and views. It is located between Evergreen and Denver so it is convenient to both cities.

My neighborhood has a lot of people from different race . The environment is serene and clean. Friendly neighbors with many fun park near us for kids and the whole family

The community environment is very good, the security is very safe, the environment is very clean. The park has the best environment.

We live by alot of parks and water parks! We also have alot of restaurants and stores by us! I like to go shopping at King Soopers because it's my favorite store to shop for groceries!

Going out with friends and family there is some places you can go like parks that are realy fun also theres ashops not too far

Living in Englewood, CO

A gold rush propelled by discoveries in Little Dry Creek brought settlers by the hundreds to Englewood in its early days, and many stayed to develop a community that apartment residents remain proud of today.

That eye for industry remains prevalant in present-day Englewood, and it attracts a number of top U.S. corporations establishing headquarters, making the city an employment hub for apartment renters. But aside from its ample economic base, there's plenty else for Englewood apartment residents to enjoy in this city. For instance, Englewood's recreational offerings are second to none, with two recreation centers providing ample opportunity for apartment residents looking to stay fit and active. Indoor tracks, swimming pools, weight training areas and cardiovascular facilities are just some of the amenities offered.

Additionally, apartment renters can enjoy a few rounds of golf at the Broken Tee Englewood Golf Course. Touted as one of the finest public courses in the Denver area, the Broken Tee features an 18-hole championship course and a smaller par-3, a driving range, practice facility, golf academy and even a restaurant and bar area. If apartment residents want to enjoy a fun day with the family, they can head to Englewood's beloved Pirate Cove Family Aquatic Center, which has slides, pools, rides and everything else visitors need for summer fun.

Of course, sometimes apartment residents in Engelwood may simply desire relaxing in a calm and serene setting. If that's the case, they can take advantage of Englewood's 250 acres of parks, found in 12 locations and featuring a host of amenities for apartment residents to enjoy.
