For the price, location and amenities, you can't find better. I actually enjoyed living at Marq. Staff is friendly. We have a 1 bedroom with an office and it fits us perfect. We are on the third floor and the hallway carpet could be cleaned more often. The smell is sometimes funky in the hallway. The community events are always a good time.
