I was told to clean my apartment when I moved out and I did a deep clean myself only to then find out that I was going to be charged the $200 fee anyway and it was deducted from my security deposit. Huge waste of my time and energy and it was incredibly deceiving how it was communicated to me. I also tried talking to the sales staff about this and some double utility charges on my account. They kept giving me the runaround or would not respond. Will never again work with the company and would not recommend anytime to live or stay here.

Make sure to ask for Sam when you call. Sam was our leading agent and he is amazing. He gave us a great tour and answered all our questions both during and after the tour. Sentral has the best amenities in Denver and the location cant be beat. All the common areas are extremely clean and well kept. Sentral also has different experiences through teach month so you can actually get to know your neighbors. We had toured over 12 different buildings in Lodo and knew Sentral would be the best choice.

I was having some maintenance issues at my place and Ray M., Mike T., and Mike F., came to the rescue, they were very helpful, friendly and respectful, they were wonderful and fixed my issue fast, they worked great together as a team.

Current resident who will not be renewing. Management is all over the place and it is not "luxury" for what you have to pay. Try elsewhere .
