        The maintenance department could care less about the property, they leave trash on building roofs and when you tell them they say it's not an emergency. White garbage bag on roof. But they are renovating apartments for rent.

        To be honest, I enjoyed living here the last 7 years but couple years ago everything turned so bad, they changed the administration and now is super worst. If one thing comes wrong thats fine, but several things at the same time coming wrong thats super bad
