Guys, the maintenance here is horrible. All of the amenities they promise are RARELY open. The food is lukewarm/cold every day. When a pipe busted on the floor above me, it flooded my room destroying some electronics. They didnt notify me of the emergency so I came home to find all my stuff pushed in the middle of my room while their manager David (I believe) continuously pushed me and my mother (who was trying to get insurance info from him) onto the next person for over a month! This. Place. Sucks. Will not be renewing. Its not worth the monthly price
The Villas is great college set-up, close enough to campus and work, secure, and nice building. Manager, Ivan, has always worked hard to make sure I was taken care of any time I had roommate questions or needed help getting around.
The Regency really is a great place to live! What you get for the price is better than any other housing complex in Denver and the amenities are incredible! I liked being able to upgrade floor plans over the years and the view from my apartment in the Tower was unbeatable in Denver let alone at this price! Yeah... there are issues like there are at any place but whenever I went to the managers I always had a quick response. Having friends complain about their apartment they lived in at other places across the city made it even better knowing how much I saved over the years!
