Renter beware of low deposits!! I paid $150 deposit but they wanted me to pay much more for damages. They said I had a pet (no I didnt) and charged me for new carpet (the carpet looked nice when I moved out.) Lovely view...when you can use the pool and other amenities (printer and computers are rarely working and poorly trained associates in office dont know/dont care. Neighbors are noisy with poor sound insulation between apartments .This company and its man are a total joke!

Noisy, poorly insulated walls that bring in a lot of noise. Very limited parking and maintenance/management that doesnt seem to care about taking care of issues.
