Modera Observatory Park is an amazing place for graduate students. The buildings are brand new and absolutely beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and it's all just a short walk to campus and the light rail.

Love the location and apartment features. I've never heard my neighbors. Never had an issue with parking (secured garage). Maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and responsive. This is my first time living in a massive complex and the Modera team is doing it right.

I have really loved living at Modera. I live in a south-facing studio+ with a balcony on the 4th floor so I get a great amount of sun-exposure. The studio+ has a wall separating the living area from the bedroom area which makes the apartment feel more like a one-bedroom. Even though it is a studio, it feels very spacious, and I have plenty of closet space and storage. It also heats and cools quickly which is a plus - I save a lot of money on utilities. It is great to have the washer and dryer in unit. The apartment building itself is also great. The pool and hot tub are great to have year round. The workout facility is also great - it has a lot of different machines, weights, and other workout equipment, and everything is clean and kept in great condition. I also really enjoy the club rooms (especially the coffee machine). The conference room is great for meeting with others to work, and it is great to have the printers available.
The management staff is excellent and very responsive, as is the maintenance staff.
My only complaint has been that my upstairs neighbors are very loud. However, the management staff is great and will help resolve any issues that arise.
