    Horrible place especially for price of rent nothing works been here for a year, still no gym. HORRIBLE PLACE

    DO NO MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE! Do not recommend anyone living here. The parking was horrible, management is never available to help you, days to get any maintenance on your apartment, so many bugs all over the property. Careful when you move out, they make up so many lies to charge you. By far the worst place I have ever lived at.

    Do not recommend at all. Don't fall for the pretty view of the lake. The only thing management is good for is to keep asking for money. Parking is a nightmare, many times i had to park across the street, its a miracle my car was never stolen or broken into. They will never let you know if you have a package, even if you explain to them that sometimes people send gifts, specially around Christmas time, and you are not aware of the package, management expects us to be mind readers and know when our families are sending us gifts. Maintenance staff takes forever to repair anything, it could take more than a month to get anything done, even though you remind them constantly. The pool was closed most of the summer, management never gave us a time frame for it, and when it was finally open it was gross, dirty and uncomfortably cold. The grounds are always full of trash thanks to dirty neighbors and lazy maintenance. Don't be surprised to find empty beer bottles around the bushes near you window. There is no communication between maintenance and the office. And they are not concerned to show you that they don't care. $1600 for 2 bedrooms. This does NOT include water, trash, and this water charges go up every month, even the time we weren't home for 2 weeks our water bill was higher than previous months. This place is a rip off.
