Do yourself a favor and sort by "Lowest Rating" to get a true glimpse into how most residents feel. Most 5-stars are from people whose only review is this one and the incentive there being $25 off your first month's rent (which we never received), or they simply toured.
-We've had issues paying our rent, largely due to the app they request be used (which incurs a fee). There is no itemization of charges so you won't know why you're being charged more or less from month-to-month. Most recently, it stated our payment due was $500 below what should be anticipated.
-We were given the wrong address prior to moving in, causing issues in updating our address through USPS/letting family members know.
-We've been giving conflicting information between leasing agents/property managers (one let us know our apartment key was the same as our mail key (it wasn't)).
-Prior to moving in, I had asked to view the empty apartment to get a visualization of space. The apartment was unacceptably dirty but I was promised that it would be cleaned prior to our move-in (it wasn't). Their solution was to send cleaners but, between them arriving over an hour outside of the scheduled window and with our stuff scattered about the apartment, it simply wasn't feasible.
-As others have noted - receiving packages is a nightmare. Delivery services certainly have the capacity to leave packages in the larger mailboxes (the kind where the courier will place the larger mailbox key within your smaller mailbox), they just don't. I think they've figured out they're connected and will just drop off all the packages with the front desk.
--If you'd like to avoid this, your option is to pay for a parcel locker, the kinds that are often free-of-charge to residents.
-Our hot water was shut off the other morning with no explanation.
-You pay for a 3rd party utility service that aggregates utility usage throughout the complex.

I have never been treated more rudely than I have by the staff here. They behave like they do not have the time of day for you. Very disappointing for a property of this level.
I just moved here a week ago. The building is beautiful and clean, never crowded, very pleasant. Great location. It has many different amenities and spaces to enjoy. Mason at the leasing office was extremely helpful and friendly. He and Joe made the moving process very smooth.
They are so kind and courtesy at the leasing office! Maintenance does there best to try and help out and fix things when they can. Im very happy living here! I love the location and can walk to everything! Very dog friendly and my dogs are so happy!
