Illegally towed our car. They thought our tags were expired when they weren't. Management couldn't care less about residents. Grounds and facilities not maintained. Can't wait to move out.
They actually replied several times. Much appreciated the feed back.
I specifically chose to live in an apartment with hardwood floors and paid extra to do so. I was moved into the wrong, all carpet, apartment and remained there for a month. I was told I would be moving right next door within a week of my move in date to the wrong apartment. When I went to check on the status of the apartment it had been leased to someone else. A month later I was finally moved into a hardwood floor apartment. Management offered me a $200 credit for their mistake and a free parking spot. Mind you, I did not buy furniture for a month of living there because I did not want to move it twice.
My apartment was scorching hot when the heating system was switched over for winter. I put in multiple maintenance requests for it to finally be fixed a month later due to the wiring being done incorrectly. Maintenance left my thermostat hanging off the wall and tools throughout the apartment.
The parking spot I was given free of charge was then leased to another person because the incompetent (Eva) leasing agent did not document it before management changed. The apartment complex threatened to tow my car and called me a liar to the other tenant. (very professional).
I put in several maintenance requests for bugs. There were literally cockroaches inside my oven clock. I am a clean person, so I know this was not my doing. The maintenance requests were never responded to, yet marked "complete" on the website.
The door allows for any gust of wind to blow in dirt, bugs, and leaves. This was never fixed and made it impossible to maintain clean floors.
Out of a $250 deposit, $192 gets deducted for "standard fees." Despite my carpet already being cleaned and the time I spent to thoroughly clean the apartment prior to moving out.
The apartment is not worth the money that tenants pay.
Advised today by the leasing office that no info on the internet is correct as a new management company took over 2 days ago.
