The fee for breaking your lease is pretty ridiculous even with 60+ days notice. But other than that, this is a great place to live. Probably the nicest dog park Ive seen in any community. The Basketball court is a nice perk that a lot of other apartments dont even have the space for. There are always parking spots available, which is great. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance fixes all issues same day as requested. And the package lockers are super convenient.
