Nice apartment, great area , this is third month and i fell im lucky to live at this apartment
I have lived at this complex for two years.
Before I start, check out their BBB page.... This is what you can expect. I don't even leave reviews typically, but this is unbelievable...
Items received (with verifiable employee signature) have gone missing twice. With the 'assistant manager' Tory/Tori offering me the legal advice that I could not report this to Denver PD, as they only sign for packages as a 'courtesy'.
They close their advertised 'year round' hot-tub routinely to save money, (for months at a time,) under the guise of repairs. In fact, the hot-tub has cumulatively been out of commission for over 6 of my 21 months here.
II asked what the next year's rate would be months ahead of time. They will not give it to you until 75 days before renewal, and then you have exactly 15 days or less to decide whether to continue or not, or an insanely high rate kicks in.
Speaking of insane rent raises, this year it jumped up over 200-300/month over the cost the year before.
They start off with a low price, and then raise it drastically each year, the more someone is committed.
That being said, I did not leave a 1 star review, as some members of the staff had been very helpful at points. but sadly don't seem to have any control to really offer even the basic response.
Pros: The repair crew (while they take a few days, do a good job.) Besides my one experience with Tory today, office staff are very pleasant and truly try to be helpful, but it has become abundantly clear upon interaction that their hands are tied by an out-of-state property management company that doesn't care about its tenants.
I was a resident at Cierra Crest for 4 years. It was a great place to live. If I had not purchased a home, I would still be there.
All members of the office staff treated me well during my time as a resident. A couple of years ago, I was planning to purchase a home. The sale fell through but my current apartment was already leased. Julie quickly found me another unit which was better than the previous. She and her colleagues always made sure that I had a comfortable living experience.
The maintenance crew is great. Friendly and fast. My refrigerator broke during a holiday week. I had a ton of food. They came by at the very end of their work day to make sure that I had a working replacement.
Overall, I was very happy to live at Cierra Crest. I would recommend it to family and friends.
Decent apartments near light rail. Like everywhere in denver the rent is constantly increasing. Good staff things get taken care of. A lot of people from out of town move here not as much local denver flavor as it's way I'm dtc at somewhat odd location
"Whole-heartedly recommend Cierra Crest for any looking for a home in Denver. Relocated from Alabama and could not be more pleased--spacious, open floor plans. Plenty of storage and shelves. Heated hallways are really nice, too. Very pet friendly. Maintenance staff is polite and timely. No complaints with the community as a whole. No noisy neighbors or wild parties here. Would stay here forever, except the community is going smoke free...so even though it is a great community, we'll be moving at lease renewal time. "
