    Front office is nice and helpful. It is an older building but management has been prioritizing renovations where they need it. 5 minute walk to the light rail!

    I have lived at cherry plaza since September 2020 and it is my first time in a apartment on my own and I have not had a single bad thing to say about this place! They keep the buildings secured and clean and the management is AMAZING Nicole and Bri are extremely friendly and helpful and are willing to help you with the littlest thing. I upgraded my apartment in 2021 to a 2 bedroom and I got a welcome basket to welcome me to my new home if I ever do have a issue I reach out to them and they respond so quickly I would recommend this place to any of my friends this could be my forever home

    This place has been amazing the last 2 1/2 months that I lived here. I moved from a complex that lets just say was horrible and almost made me 100% move from Denver till I found this place. If you want a place that is one top of repairs, great office/maintenance staff and most of all a safe great place to live. I would absolutely recommend this place for any type of person.

    This complex cares about the people who live here. One night my family in Kansas wasn't able to contact me but they were able to contact the manager and he came to check to make sure I was fine, I told him that I would pay him for that and he refused to take any money from me. gb

    Has protocols that would be found in more expensive properties. One cannot put a package at residents' door-must be placed in office. Owner used to allow pets-now won't

    NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Heather the landlord is a liar and cant even have a civil conversation when you call her out about stealing from you. This place has had many reviews about bedbugs which should be disclosed, but the apartments are to shady to be honest and tell you about the place. Never rent from them they need new management ASAP!
