Absolutely horrible, between the fire alarms, water problems, and the stupid fckong drug den next door called Knew Consious that plays music wayy too loud Fridays and Saturdays, you'll never sleep.

One of my good friends lives in this apartment complex and there is alot of things that need to be fixed. Alarms are constantly going off througout the night, issues with water, bad laundry machines etc. Management doesnt seem to care and we have even escalated issues to the owners. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, PLEASE DO NOT RENT ANYTHING OFFERED HERE>

I have been looking to relocate to Denver as I have family and work opportunities there , but I have been reliably informed that this place is horrendous, fire alarms constantly going off day and night, management appears to have not one care about fixing the issues, regardless of how its so detrimental to peoples mental health, please address this !!!!!

dont move here.no cold water in kitchen for over a month all floors one side of the building due to new maintenance staff that doesnt know what they are doing the management just blames it on the city which is a LIE NO other buildings or homes in the area have a water issue. Somehow management has time to be proactive and post these horrid signs on the elevator but doesnt heed to the repeated complaints about the laundry machines and get a new contract with a new company you have a better chance of winning squid games than finding a laundry machine that works here on 9 FLOORS!!! Front loaders are the WORST the 7th floor has some building leak so they just shut down that washing room completely. No insulation from windows and huge gaps in entry doors to apts. constant dust issue unless u know how to insulate it yourself bad for people with respiratory problems Worst place ive lived in this is where WE disabled and dirt poor and mentally ill just go to die because nobody cares we have no other choice due to rent caps set by the state government but thats a separate complaint all together. Lets not forget the super LOUD fire alarm with blinking light that goes off for the ENTIRE building ALL the time at night 2am in one year its gone off over a dozen times always late at night youll get woken up issue NEVER been fixed your pet will freak out. The red pic says if you havent paid your info was sent to attorneys. Im never late on my rent.m. Just another day with clogged trash from 7th floor to 2nd floor.

When I am came for Taylor, they answered all my questions anymore. Very polite and just don't have data positive and enjoyable time.

If you are looking for a good place to rent; I would NOT recommend this place. I loved the unit and was pleased with the clean apartment I had rented. However, after being there a few months, I encountered the worst experience when dealing with the 2 woman that worked in the offices. I was never anything but friendly and even provided gifts during various holidays to show my appreciation. However, I had NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life.! I am a single, older woman who kept to myself; however, was written up for things that were completely out of my control. And, upon talking to many other residents, mostly sec 8 residents, they too felt they are continuously picked on & written up many times, which could & would end in evictions. After reading an article about landlords receiving some type of "kickback" for continuously evicting their tenants, I knew this is exactly what these women are doing. I will definitely bring these issues to people who will be able to show the public just what these horrible people are doing, especially to people that wouldn't normally speak up for themselves. It is just not right! I would definitely NOT rent from this place!!!
