I love the amenities at Broadstone, the pool area is fresh, clean and so inviting. It feels like I'm resort living!
I am a current resident. We moved in 4 months ago, and have had a miserable experience dealing with property management and maintenance. The problem is still unresolved and the management team has had no sense of urgency to fix this, so I feel I have no recourse but to share my experience with prospective tenants.
There is a pipe behind our bedroom wall that repeatedly knocks against the drywall whenever a toilet is flushed or a shower is turned on. Not only in our apartment, but any apartment below us that shares the same pipe. This wakes us up when someone showers early in the morning or flushes a toilet in the middle of the night. It is like Chinese water torture. Slow, repetitive, knock...knock.....knock.
Maintenance has closed several tickets that we opened with zero communication with us, and we have to chase them down every single time to get the slightest update. The level of disorganization and complete lack of respect in not communicating with us is unbelievable. They opened up our wall 4 weeks ago and have yet to properly fix the issue or close our wall up.
I like the amenities and the neighborhood.
We got nickeled and dimed - unnecessary fees. The office staff was consistently rude after we signed the lease.
Some positive areas here are Locked gated community, garage parking, quality appliances, convenient location, gym, pool, hot tub. Negative is Trash removal, Parcel deliveries, Smoking on non- smoking property and younger renters are loud and have little respect for their neighbors.
