I specifically went into the office and spoke to three employees, all of whom told me that if i needed to break my lease i would not have to pay a fee if i gave more than 60 days notice. I did so, trying to do the right thing, and paid two more months rent after i already moved out. A week before my final day, they called and told me i owed them 1.5 months rent as a lease break fee, and that it didn't matter that what they told me when i signed the lease break paperwork. They lied to my face, and have now cost me almost $4000 just to get away from them. The office workers are friendly, but that doesn't make up for their willingness to lie and steal to get more money out of you. Do not trust anything they tell you. Get everything in writing.

Hey there if you're looking for a place to lived this is without a doubt one to look for. Close to highway 25 and US36 also within minutes to I 76 I 70 and 270 of your heading to Aurora. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around, and if you have children that are going to school those are at least 5 minutes from the property!
I have lived here for the last 3 years and never had any problems other then maintenance regular things which I have been take care of almost immediately, I came a cross with the property manager Dora and her assistant Jeremy they both are great people and have a really good sense on urgency when it comes to costumer service

They are very bad have roaches and bed bugs and there staff sucks takes a long time for stuff to get fixed and ive had a leak in my celing for over 2 and a half years and they kept telling me it was fixed also they would not waive my late fee for 1 whole day late on my rent very sad place to live alot of people there sublease and there worried about me being one day late not worth living there not even for 500 a month there so greedy for money so watch out beware and if i could give them zero stars i would
