Bank and Boston Lofts is a unique community that provides apartments with character, in an unbeatable location. Service requests are quickly and promptly dealt with and the leasing office is helpful for any questions.

like the apartment, but sound transmission through gaps in doors ( 3/4") and lack of amenities compared to competition lets the apartments down. competition is ramping up game; therefore, to be competitive Aimco should do same at this location. Place looks like prison in elevator lobby large vases (can't be moved) with plants, modern pictures, color, community room, roof top access/place to get away (very possible), amenities all other communities have. This is common sense stuff. Unfortunately, no washer dryer in unit as most have (plenty of room). Sure, things cost money, but so do vacancies and unhappy tenants. I am leaving in August because of this. The competition lured me away with 4 week discount. You offered $25/mo, then raised my rent. Laughable. Lease office is terrible. Never returns calls, then lie through their teeth when someone is leaving. Charging for paint at end "for normal wear and tear" is in violation of state law. But like apartment.

We love living here! Our apartment feels very bright and homey due to the large windows and high ceilings, and the kitchen and bathroom are nicely done. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything.
