One month free rent for being so thuper cool?:) best place to live downtown.
I am very happy with my experience at Ballpark Lofts. The location is hard to beat. It is a very close walking distance to everything you can ask for in downtown Denver. The apartments are nice and spacious and the pool is the perfect place to spend weekends in the summer. The price is pretty reasonable for the location in LoDo.
Living at Ballpark has been a wonderful experience thus far. I like having the extra amenities like the workout room and pool. It's also nice living in a community with younger people.
"Miss the days of yore stumbling around your dorm in the filth you and your dorm mates fostered? Didn't go to college, but want to experience the shame and disgust associated with the sub-par living conditions? Well look no further! I promise you'll walk over feces at least once a week! Some might say that's more frequent than a frat! Rush Beta Rho Lamda (BPL) today and make your dreams come true! At least it's a good location..."
"If you can deal with the stricter (read: less fun) pool rules, wonky air conditioners, and be awoken by ear splitting fire alarms in the middle of the night than it's not a bad place. For the price though, these things should absolutely NOT be an issue. "
