My S/o and I have lived here for about a year now. We've pretty much been unhappy with this place since day 3.
But let's start at the beginning; The staff here changes a lot, and no one in the front office has any authority to help you. We chose this place partly because the office lady that was so nice when we first got here. She assured us our room would look very similar to the sample, and how this was a great area. It was a bit pricier than we wanted but were told it was all they had and that it was luxury, so we took it. That's when we had to start jumping through a series of inane rules for us to sign the lease. By that time we were on a deadline, so we didn't have much choice but to comply.
The 1st thing I noticed when we moved in was that not only was that 1st lady gone, they had an entirely new staff at the office. We were told we'd have a clean, renovated room that had a beautiful view of the mountains. We arrived at a place that was dusty, had pet hair painted into the walls, with an old model washer dryer in our bedroom (the sample had it closer to kitchen area), dents and scratches in the floor, 2 busted patio doors, AND we found through common area fees and other nonsense that our rent was about a hundred dollars more expensive than what we were told it'd be and that we didn't qualify for the discounted 1st month because we signed, and I quote, "before we techncally started offering that."
Then in the 1st month there, we were towed. From the parking lot. OF WHERE WE LIVE.
I just looked out from the patio, and see 3 cars parked IN THE STREET. That's a regular thing.
Essentially, when you move here they show you a bunch of glammer and once they have you on the hook you've already gone along with so much nonsense, you go along with more. They don't inform you when packages come, There's been a hole in the ceiling of the hallway since before we got there (But great, it doesn't leak and have a garbage can under it anymore)
TLDR; This place is Gilded Trash.

Loved the place and Diamond but the manager was do antagonistc, unprofessional, and frustrating that I decided I could not live in a place that hired such immature help. She single-handedly changed my whole impression of the place.

I have lived here since 2009 and have seen several management companies come and go. The current company AMC LLC) has really updated the property. (Added a playground, updated dog park, renovated, added w/d to all units, repaved parking lot, painted in and out, added panels on the balconies for more privacy, added neon lights on top of buildings (I can personally do without the pimp lights) redid the entry to buildings 3 & 4, and tons of other things.)
The office and maintenance staff are all so nice and helpful. So if you take pride in your environment, you need to move here!

Live here for nearly a year before buying a house. I happy to see all of the changes that were made. Everyone in the office was very helpful when I had questions about breaking my lease (even though the fees are high...which makes sense, they don't want you to break your lease...). If you are looking to rent in the area I fully recommend Axis!
