Been living here for a little under two weeks and it's been great. My only complaint is that the parking situation kind of sucks. The lot is usually full by 7 so I would recommend investing in a garage.

In our apartment search, we were looking for luxury, a safe community for our family, wonderful amenities. We were not disappointed in the least. The beautiful view of Pikes Peak and the welcoming environment doesn't hurt either!!

My apartment has 11 windows allowing me to see the front range from the Air Force Academy (near) to Spanish Peaks (over 100 miles to the south). Extremely friendly management make me feel at home. The floor plan is unique and well appreciated. I want to stay here as long as possible!
