they give you a 200 PG lease that can only viewed online w/o going over it and hide clauses letting them do as they please. and the Apts are crap.

I've been apartment hunting for weeks and Junnifer is by far the most helpful person I've talked to. If they only had 3 bedroom apartments!

This place charges 94 units every month $20-$23 for a CAM community area maintenance fee which doesn't actually go to ACTUAL COST maintenance. It's just more money in their pockets !! The company AMC LLC that runs this also charges $6.00 a month service fee for doing the math on your utility bill, stay away from this place the turn over rate is extremely high for a reason

As explained in your lease's common area maintenance addendum, CAM fees cover the cost and expenses of operating, maintaining, repairing, lighting, and cleaning your common areas, pest control, landscaping, sprinklers, etc. We would never charge for maintenance unless it was for resident caused damage.
We do have available units right now, but no more than expected.

New management did just start at the beginning of this year (2018) and it looks like you may have been searching around the time between the previous manager leaving and the new manager beginning.
