RAM Partners is an ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION; The Institute of Real Estate Management awards its highest designation to companies which have met stringent standards of experience, financial stability, integrity and ethics. Only six percent of all management companies in the US are accepted into the AMO program. We know that the success of our organization and of the properties we manage depends on the quality of service we provide to our residents, our clients and our employees. Superior service is the goal of all our employees, including those who do not deal directly with the public. This outlook is incorporated into our day-to-day operations through regular employee meetings, training seminars and one-on-one employee/supervisor feedback. Our written "commitments to service" pledge is incorporated into all employee-training classes and is included in each property's yearly management plan. It applies to all our managed properties and all our employees, both on-site and at the home office.
