Nosiest apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!!!!! It used to be a great place until management changed last November. The new residents are disrespectful to other residents with noise and cleanliness.
Look somewhere else!
It is a very nice apartment complex with great interior, staff, and resources especially for a newly married couple.
Needed a door replaced; took almost 2 months.
Orignally when i moved in 2 years ago everything was awesome. Anytime i had an issue it was resolved promptly. Over the last few years service has declinded. I had 2 seperate issues occur in my apartment and they both took over a week to get resolved. Despite the awesome location, I would not recommend Preserve at all.
Tired of paying high water bill for irragation of landscape.I fully understand that the water is needed but not during rain storms. The sprinkler system should not be on while it is raining out which has been most every day this summer.
