The new owners of this property are horrible. Especially the head manager is very rude. Please, do thorough research on this property before renting. They are now owned by Priderock Capital Management. This is not a home anymore since they took over. My complaints are ignored or they make excuses if I'm not treated badly myself. The practices are very sketchy here. Everything is declining quickly since they took over. Keep a paper-trail on all your interactions, read your lease, and know your rights as a tenant.

The Management and Staff are awful with resolving issues. Two months of paying for a garage that's a crap shoot if it opens or not. Still unresolved which isn't unexpected considering my integrity has been questioned to avoid fixing the problem. Don't waste your time moving here if you want to be respected and get what you pay for. Integrity and service are both subpar. They treat you like crap once you move in. Full of negative attitudes.

Nosiest apartment complex I have ever lived in!!!!!!! It used to be a great place until management changed last November. The new residents are disrespectful to other residents with noise and cleanliness.
Look somewhere else!
