You do not want to rent from this apartment complex for any reason. There are numerous problems associated with renting here. The first problem is the train that runs by the property on a regular basis and keeps you awake at night. the second problem is all the hidden costs of renting here. You have to pay a community utilities bill and so the apartment complex is asking you to pay for the lights they keep on all night. There is also the problem of paying for the community facilities so if someone wants to use the spa all the time, then YOU get to pay for that. Additionally, they are mostly unresponsive to issues you may have with the apartment. We had a washer and dryer problem that cost us a fortune to operate. Moreover, the people at headquarters don't give a hoot about your problems. There was also the problem of the wind blowing through the door and whistling all night. The parking is also a pathetic issue. They allow people to park in front of their garages and it is hard for you to back our of your own garage that you pay 100 dollars more per month for. In short, I can think of ten more things that are so wrong about this place. Renter beware! Don't rent at this place!

When I first moved here, this was known as Encore Rockrimmon. I had a very pleasant first month while it was still Encore. However, unbeknownst to me (as the leasing agent who sold me the apartment, Ashley, failed to mention) the very next month, the apartments ownership/management would be switched over to Green Leaf. It was all downhill from there. The manager, Tracey, in particular is extremely unpopularIve witnessed her being rude to everyone from residents to the postal workers who serve the complex. Managements monthly newsletters quickly became hostile and condescending, to the extent of quite literally encouraging neighbors to spy on one another and take photos without consent. As soon as the new management took over, my bill increased by about 15% because they decided to start charging residents for clubhouse utilitiessomething that was not included in my contract and Im fairly certain was illegal. The only reason I never pursued legal action against them was because I was entirely too busy with work, as I was active-duty military at the time. Finally, once I moved out, not only did I not get my deposit back (a fact I was not surprised in the least by, given my experience with the new management), but I also received an unjustifiable bill of $182 for things such as cleaning and painting. Mind you, Im a very clean person, performed a complete and total deep clean of the apartment myself upon move-out, and hung very few things on the walls. I cannot in good conscience recommend Green Leaf Rockrimmon as a place to live. It the most miserable renting experience of my life, and I am beyond glad to be out of there.

I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism with this management team. Emails have gone unanswered for a month at a time (I can prove this obviously with time stamps) and even when trying to contact them regarding payment, I have not heard from them in 3 days. I am most displeased with them accusing me of not cleaning my apartment upon move out. I have asked for proof of this and the photos that they have sent me do not indicate a "non-cleaned" apartment. The fact that I was being accused of not cleaning is absurd. I also had that I received a monthly discount thrown into my face when I asked why I was being charged the amount I was for cleaning - which had absolutely nothing to do with the matter at hand. I have video evidence and when asked for photos of the things they were accusing me of, I was ignored. I even tried contacting their corporate office and they have yet to contact me back either. I know for a fact that I am not the only one that has had issues with Green Leaf Management.

I absolutely loved living here and truthfully cried a little when I moved away. These apartments are spacious, clean, and modern. The staff is amazing and the management is impeccable.
