I went for 6 weeks fighting to get my kitchen sink fixed. They would say they came and fixed it but never actually show up. On one occasion I received an email that they had accessed my apt. At 5:15 I had been home and no one ever came in. Management had horrible attitudes. There is constantly something wrong I have never lived somewhere that the water needs to be turned off as frequently as it does.
Evictions happen often and it is disheartening and depressing to see how many people get their belonging on the street, maybe if goodwill came by to pick these thing up, trash cost could be reduced and these item could go to good use or, work with resident for a month on payment rather than 3 days. This place needs to have moral build up and kicking people out all the time will not accomplish having high sprits here.
Ceilings are thin. I can hear every footstep from our upstairs neighbors. not to mention I can hear every moan and groan from his screaming female visitors and set my clock to them every night. no closet or storage space. small single bath with no medicine cabinet. no water pressure. Don't like the idea of sharing water and gas bills with the whole community.
My apartment unit itself is fairly nicely updated cosmetically, but that's the extent of what I like about living here. Though I haven't had any one particular bad experience, I haven't been satisfied with my stay here. The apartments have no in-unit washer/dryers, and four of each for the entire complex to share is pretty ridiculous. The "gym" is laughable with cheap, small equipment. The trails are badly littered and no one picks up after their dogs. Overall, not a great place for the price.
Some sidewalks around complex would be nice so you don't have to walk in street to get mail, laundry etc etc. Also rules dont seem to be in forced well, cars worked on in parking lot and seen several LARGE dogs.
